The origin of pearlized paper

In view of the rapid progress of human civilization in the past half century, the use of environmental resources has been exhausted, resulting in environmental changes and destruction that have gradually affected human life. At present, it is found that only the widespread planting of trees can alleviate the effects of environmental damage. However, due to the natural papers required by human civilization, the cartons and pallets required for industrial development, etc., all use tree materials as raw materials, if not managed to replace natural paper, although Planting trees, I believe that trees will not increase but decrease, and the goal of absorbing trees to slow down environmental damage is not achieved.

In view of this, the South Asian company started research and development in 1991 and spent tens of millions of dollars in seven years. It was finally officially launched in May 1998. Synthetic paper with PP as the main raw material has lower specific gravity, good rigidity and good shielding properties than ordinary synthetic paper. It is most likely to replace synthetic paper of natural paper and is registered as "Pearl Paper". Synthetic paper generally refers to non-fibrous paper, plastic-based paper, which may include inorganic materials and silicon or lime in addition to the main components (polypropylene or polyolefin).

The composition of pearl paper is the same as ordinary white paper, which consists of three parts: the bottom fiber, the filler and the surface coating. Unlike ordinary whiteboard paper, there are particles that have a pearlescent effect in the surface coating. The particles are composed of titanium dioxide (or other metal oxide) and mica particles, and the mica particles are formed by coating titanium dioxide (or other metal oxide), and the structure is in the form of flakes. Pearl crepe paper has very nice fancy surface compare to other crepe craft color paper.  Our pearlized crepe paper mainly used in arts and craftwork, and widely used in gift wrapping, paper flowers, Props and costume accessories. Pearl crepe craft paper can be soaked in a small amount of water to create a dye for Easter eggs, white cardstock, and other materials.
